Introduction
Thacha Marketing Limited understands that from time to time clients may wish to return a product for a variety of reasons.
Thacha Marketing Limited has created this returns policy to enable clients to return products to Thacha Marketing Limited in appropriate circumstances.
Thacha Marketing Limited’s Returns Policy applies to Thacha Marketing Limited clients located in the USA and located in International locations around the World.
Thacha Marketing Limited’s Returns policy will not affect client’s statutory rights under the “Consumer Protection Laws” of United States of America and Internationally.
How to Return an Item
All products that any client of Thatch Marketing Limited wishes to be returned must first request a “RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER” from Thacha Marketing Limited at the following email address: return@thacha.com
During normal yearly sales, all Thacha Marketing Limited client product return requests for a “RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER” must be requested within 7 days of clients receiving the product/s with a 30 day return policy. The exception to this rule is during the Holiday period for limited return/limited exchange products, such as TV’s, Cameras, Computers, DVD and Music Players purchased between the 10th of December and the 25th of December when Thacha Marketing clients will be given up to 30 days to return the products, beginning from the 26th of December of the year in which the product has been purchased.
Note: “RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER” must be request with in 7 days of Thacha Marketing Limited clients receiving their product/s.
What cannot be returned?
All Thacha Marketing Limited’s Beauty and Personal Health & Pharmaceutical products sold within Thacha Marketing Limited Stores and Online at http://www.thacha.comhave a ‘No Return Policy’ depending upon the individual SHOPS and CATEGORIES.
Limited Return/ Limited Exchange Products
The following Thacha Marketing Limited products have a limited return/limited exchange Policy:
- Computer components and computer accessories.
- Camcorders and digital cameras
- Computers and postpaid cell phones
- Prerecorded music, movies, and software products
- And other goods and services delivered physically or digitally
Thacha Marketing Limited recommends that prior to clients purchasing products they should refer to the individual Return, Refund, Exchange, Replacement, Warranties, Repairs, Services, Recalls, (“RETURNS”) information supplied by individual Shops and concerning individual product Categories.
Warranties
Thacha Marketing Limited product warranty information varies between individual Shops, Categories and Products. Thacha Marketing Limited clients can, when available, find links to Warranty information at the bottom of product description, shop details and/or category detail pages at http://www.thacha.com
Thacha Marketing Limited clients will be directed to the product Distributor’s and/or Manufacturer’s website for individual product warranty activation and any individual product’s service center information and/or location.
Some individual products that offer repairs under the terms of that products warranty will also contain information regarding Distributor and/or Manufacturer repairs policy information and details about where to send the product/s to be repaired, exchanged or replaced.
Returns & Refunds without a receipt?
Thacha Marketing Limited and http://www.thacha.com do accept client product returns without a receipt.
- If client purchase returns are under $25 dollars, Thacha Marketing Limited will refund the client’s monetary refund via check, or grant them the choice of a Thacha Marketing Limited product of equal value in alliance with any manufacturer’s warranties were applicable.
- If client purchase returns are over $25 dollars, Thacha Marketing Limited will refund the client’s monetary return via a Thacha Marketing Limited shopping card, or grant them the choice of a Thacha Marketing Limited product of equal value in alliance with any manufacturer’s warranties were applicable.
- Or refund the amount as per the customers wish by check, money order, bank transfer, credit card refund or debit card refund where applicable as similar to the customer’s initial payment. Any bank, money order or transaction fees involved in the monetary refund will not form part of the refund and are the responsibility of the customer unless Thacha Marketing Limited makes an error during order processing.
Limit on the number of Thacha Marketing Limited product returns?
Thacha Marketing Limited only allow up to three client returns within a 45-day period. Thacha Marketing Limited’s client management system automatically flags client transactions and one of Thacha Marketing Limited’s ‘Customer Service Managers’, or a member of Thacha Marketing Limited’s management team approves all returns.
All returns are logged for six months, upon which time they disappear if there are no further returns during that time period.
How to return a Thacha Marketing Limited client purchase/s
Thacha Marketing Limited Client Returns that have been given aRETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER” have 30 days from the date of purchase of the product (depending upon individual STORE, CATEGORY and PRODUCT as detailed in Thacha Marketing Limited Return Policy or on individual STORE, CATEGORY or PRODUCT pages) to return the product in one of the following ways:
- Thacha Marketing Limited clients may return their product/s in person at any of Thacha Marketing Limited Stores in USA or internationally.
- Thacha Marketing Limited clients may return their product/s via local or International postal services to the following address only upon approval by Thacha Marketing Limited. We operate various order fulfillment centers around the USA and around the World, therefore returns need to be directed to the respective fulfillment center were the shipment originated. The following address is our office and order processing address and not our fulfillment address. Please request RMA number (Return Authorization Number) from us first and then we will indicate the exact address of return.

Apparel, Shoes & Accessories
Apparel, Shoes and Fashion Accessories must be returned unworn, with original labels and tags and accompanied with an original receipt.
CDs. DVDs, Movies, Video Games & Books
CDs, DVDs, Movies and Video Games must be returned unopened. Books must be returned unused and unmarked.
Electronics
Computer Hardware – must be returned with any included software and must be returned within stipulated days according to return policy procedures.
Computer Components & Accessories – must be returned within stipulated days according to return policy procedures.
Computer Software – must be returned unopened and must be returned within stipulated days according to return policy procedures.
Camcorders & Digital Cameras - must be returned within stipulated days according to return policy procedures.
GPS, Digital Music Players & Portable Video Players - must be returned within stipulated days according to return policy procedures.
Gifts & Plants
Thacha Marketing Limited Gift Cards are only refundable if required by Law in the state, or country of purchase, otherwise they are non-refundable.
Plants are considered a perishable item and should not be returned by post or to any of Thacha Marketing Limited Stores. If a Thacha Marketing Limited client wishes to claim a refund on any Thacha Marketing Limited Plant product, they should email: return@thacha.com with the following information included in the body of the email:
- Order/Receipt number for the purchased product.
- Date of arrival of purchased product at client’s delivery address.
- Condition of product at date of arrival at client’s delivery address.
Health & Beauty
Thacha Marketing Limited Products considered ORM-D (Other Regulated Materials – Domestic) must be returned in their original packaging and/or secure ORM-D packaging from the post office. ORM-D products include the following:
- Perfumes,
- Nail Polish,
- Products with Aerosol Cans
A client will know if a product is an OEM-D product, as it will be listed on individual SHOP pages and CATEGORY pages in the product description for individual products sold at Thacha Marketing Limited Stores and at http://www.thacha.com or refer to the nearest post office for further information, or check with your return shipping carrier for further details.
Home & Garden
Furniture, Mattresses & Outdoor Play Equipment – Under certain circumstances, Thacha Marketing Limited clients may be charged for return freight shipping of large products, such as Furniture, Mattresses & Outdoor Play Equipment. Thacha Marketing Limited clients should make initial enquiries to find out whether it is better to return the product to a store or via freight shipping by contacting Thacha Marketing Limited returns customer service staff by email: return@thacha.com
Air Mattresses & Airbeds - Certain Thacha Marketing Limited products can be returned opened with a receipt and exchanged for the same product or credit towards another product of equal value within the required return period – Air Mattresses and Airbeds are such products.
Air Mattresses and Airbeds can also be returned unopened and receive an exchange for the same product or credit towards another product of equal value within the required return period.
Gas Operated Products- Gas operator products cannot be returned to Thacha Marketing Limited via post, as there are carrier restrictions on such products (including Lawnmowers and Pressure Washers). If returning a Gas operated product to a Thacha Marketing Limited store, a client must first empty the product of any flammable liquid (gas, oil etc…).
Home Improvement
Air Conditioners and Evaporative Coolers – Thacha Marketing Limited clients must return Air Conditioners and Evaporative Coolers to Thacha Marketing Limited with an original receipt within the return period.
Tools, Lawn and Garden Products - Thacha Marketing Limited clients must return all Tools, Lawn and Garden equipment with an original receipt within the return period. Tools, Lawn and Garden equipment may include Lawn Mowers, Hedge and Line Trimmers, Chain Saws, Pressure Washers, Compressors and Generators.
Jewelry and Fine Gems – All Jewelry and Fine Gems purchased by Thacha Marketing Limited clients must be returned with the original receipt within the return period. Since, most Jewelry and Fine Gems are designed as individual pieces, Jewelry and Fine Gems may only be exchanged for a product of equal value. Thacha Marketing Limited clients wishing to return Jewelry and Fine Gems that are valued over $300 dollars via the post should first contact Thacha Marketing Limited Staff by email: return@thacha.com
Installation Services or other Service Plans
All Thacha Marketing Limited clients who wish to discontinue their Installation Services or other Service Plans should first contact Thacha Marketing Limited Staff via the following email address: customerservice@thacha.com
Can Thacha Marketing Limited clients get shipping costs refund?
If Thacha Marketing Limited believes that an error in relation to a clients order has occurred, then Thacha Marketing Limited will credit a client’s account with the cost of Shipping and/or Gift wrapping service that the client purchased with their returned product.
